 White Canvases Consulting (WCC) considers data protection and privacy to be of paramount importance.
WCC and/or its affiliates ("WCC," "we," "us," and "our,") respect your privacy and is committed to protecting it through its compliance with its privacy policies. This policy describes the types of information that WCC may collect from you when you access or use its websites, applications and other online services (collectively, referred as "Services"); and its practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting and disclosing that information. This policy applies only to the information WCC collects through its Services, in email, text and other electronic communications sent through or in connection with its Services. This Privacy Policy explains how and when WCC collects end user and client information, which may include information that personally identifies you, how we use such information, and the circumstances under which we may disclose such information to others.

Information we collect and how we use it

WCC collects several types of information from and about users of our Services, including:

• Your Personal Information("PI") - Personal Information is the information that can be associated with a specific person and could be used to identify that specific person whether from that data, or from the data and other information that we have, or is likely to have access to. We do not consider personal information to include information that has been made anonymous or aggregated so that it can no longer be used to identify a specific person, whether in combination with other information or otherwise.
• Information about your internet connection, the equipment you use to access our Services and your usage details.

We collect this information:

• directly from you when you provide it to us; and/or
• automatically as you navigate through our Services (information collected automatically may include usage details, IP addresses and information collected through cookies, web beacons and other tracking technologies).
• Account registration is required before you can use the WCC services (“WCC Registered User”). When you register for an account, we collect your first and last name (together called as full name), username, password and email address.
• We collect your personal information or data from third parties if you give permission to those third parties to share your information with us or where you have made that information publicly available online.

With your permission, we may send you emails about our Services and other updates.

How long we store the Information

We store Personal Information for as long as it is required for our research and business purposes and as required by law or at the request of WCC Registered Users or you. When Personal Information is no longer required, we will delete it from our systems.

Disclosure

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service. WCC also reserves the right to disclose any Client User Information (including Personally Identifiable Information) to: (i) comply with laws or to respond to lawful requests and legal process, judicial proceeding, or court order (ii) to protect the rights and property of WCC, our agents, clients and others including to enforce our agreements, policies and terms of use or (iii) in an emergency to protect the personal safety of WCC, its Clients, or any person.

Age of Consent 

By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.   

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary of the aforementioned if the accessor has not attained the age of majority subject to the jurisdiction provisions mentioned before he/she may access the contents of the website under the supervision of his/her Parents/legal Guardian(who must have attained the age of majority).

Changes to this privacy policy 

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.

Security

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

Use of Cookies

WCC may use first party cookies (small text files that the WCC website stores locally on your computer) on our websites, for one or more of the following purposes: to help identify unique and returning visitors and/or devices; conduct A/B testing; and diagnose problems with our servers. Browsers do not share first-party cookies across domains. WCC does not use methods such as browser cache, Flash cookies, or eTags, for acquiring or storing information about end users’ web browsing activity. You can set your browser preferences to refuse all cookies should you wish to prevent cookies from being used. 

Third Party Disclosure

WCC will not deal, sale, trade or perform any other kind of act pertaining to transfer of such confidential information, until and unless it furnishes a notice regarding such act of transfer. However, such acts will not include partners who assist us in operating the website, thus smoothly conducting the business and providing services, so long as the partners mentioned above, agree to keep such information confidential. 

In addition to the same, WCC may choose to disclose or release such information, irrespective of being confidential, if WCC is of the opinion that such disclosure or release of such information is appropriate or necessary in order to comply or adhere to the law, or for such enforcement of the policies governing the websites, or to protect its own or others’ rights, property or safety.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, any such information which is not confidential in the opinion of WCC, pertaining to the visitor, may be provided to other parties for such legitimate purposes.
